The training setting for leadership training programs varies and is offered in a variety of formats, such as classroom/workshop instruction, online courses, on-the-job training, and a blended approach which is a combination of these different settings.


Campbell Training Solutions offers an effective leadership training program which begin with an assessment of the individual’s current leadership skills and knowledge. This assessment can take the form of a questionnaire, interview, or other evaluation tool. 


Our solutions architect works closely with the client to conduct a needs analysis. Based on the results of the assessment, the leadership training program is tailored to meet the specific needs and goals of the individuals and target teams of your organization.

A key components of Campbell Training Solution’s leadership training programs is learning about different leadership styles and techniques. This includes teaching different management theories, such as transformational leadership, situational leadership, and servant leadership (our personal favorite). 


Next is the understanding of the importance of emotional intelligence and the skill of effective communication in leading teams. Self-discovery of the individuals’ personality is important in leading high performing teams; we use the DISC inventory for this self-discovery process.


Campbell Training Solutions offers advanced leadership skills which include additional important aspect of leadership training programs such as learning how to lead and manage teams effectively. This might include learning how to set goals and objectives, delegate tasks, and provide feedback. It also includes learning how to resolve conflicts and build a positive work environment.


Campbell Training Solutions also includes opportunities for individuals to practice and apply the skills and knowledge they have learned. During the classroom training role-playing exercises, case studies, and group activities are employed. 


These hands-on learning experiences help your staff (future/existing leaders) to better understand and internalize the concepts and techniques they have recently learned.

In addition, our leadership training program includes opportunities for individuals to network with other leaders and professionals. This includes post training/workshop mentoring and/or coaching follow-up meetings.
